Ceramic Sand Rotary Kiln Production Line Description:
Ceramic sand rotary kiln has simple structure , during the process it has the features of working reliable and convenient control, high capacity etc. It is used for bauxite, aliminum, calcium power, oil proppant(ceramic sand ), soil ceramic rotary kiln. Besides, it can be widely used in petroleum , chemical, refractory, water purification agent, building materials.

Process of  rotary kiln:
1. Crushing and milling
     The dry crude material will be crushed and mille dfirst.
2. Calcination:
    After milling , the  materia0ls will enter the kiln outlet(high end of the cyclinder) though the preheater,     and then fed into the kiln by the tremie pipe.Meanwhile , the heating source is sprayed into the kiln       by burner barrel in the head of kiln.Due to the inclination of the cylinder and slow rotation of the             cylinder, the materials  roll into hoop direction . During this process, they will be calcinated ,              reacted, decomposed in succession though the calcinating section, reaction section, decomposition section.
 Note: the exhaust gas is discharged by exhaust blower and drained into the atmosphere by chimmney after exchanging heat with the material.
3. Cooling 
   Then the materials are discharged from the head of kiln and enter the colling device.
4. Screening
    Then they will go though the screens and the final products will be conveyed to the yard. the big             material will be send back and processed.
