Introduction:
Double Roller Crusher is suitable for crushing sticky and wet material in addition to the regular primary and secondary crushing of soft and semi hard particles. The machine is mainly used for primary crushing in open pit mining (ROM) as well as for further crushing stages. They are particularly used for primary crushing in open pit mining (ROM) as well as further crushing (2nd + 3rd crushing stage). Feed material which can used in the machine are lignite, coal, soft to medium-hard rock, different types of ore, chalk, gypsum, limestone, marl, clay, bauxite, different types of phosphates, oil sand and overburden.

Application:
Roll mill crusher/roller crusher/double roller crusher/double roll crusher/roll stone crusher can crush materials in middle hardness such as rocks, ore, coke, lump coal, slag, mineral slag, cement clinker, fireproof materials, and so on.

Working Principle:
Roller Crusher is made of two cylindrical rolls which are installed horizontally. The two rolls rotate in different directions, materials fall on top of the rollers and enter crushing chamber under the action of roll surface friction to be crushed by the rollers, and the final product is discharged from outlet. The crushing process is continuous. The crusher has strong discharging force, so even wet materials can also be discharged out of the chamber.
