Ultra fine impact mill is developed based on the characteristics of various types of mechanical mills at home and abroad, combined with the company's years of experience in powder engineering. It integrates unique crushingmechanism and grading technology, and has functions such as ultra-fine crushing, dispersion, and shaping. Inert gascan be used as a protective medium to achieve closed-loop production of flammable, explosive, easily oxidizable, ultra-low moisture materials. The lining of non-metallic materials can be fully protected to achieve ultra pureproduction of new energy materials and electronic materials.

How it works
After the materialenters the body through the feed port at the bottom of the body, itis quickly dispersed by the hammer head on the rotor,scattered around the stator, and enters the crushing zone composed of the rotorand the stator.
The rotor rotates ata high speed and produces alarge amount of air eddy, and the material collides with each other under te dual action of air eddy and centrifugal force, and shear and grindingoccur between the rotorand the stator to achieve ultrafine crushing of the material.
The pulverized materialis driven by the main air flow into thedlassification area, and the qualified fine powder is discharged through the cassification turbine with the air fow and captured by the collectiondevice.
The unqualified coarse powderis driven back to the ctinder wallby the turbine blade under the action of centrifugal force, and retums tothe grinding zone for grinding.
